Mindful Civic Action (MCA)

We believe that meaningful and lasting social change begins with individuals who are aware, resilient, and connected to both themselves and their communities. We recognise that sustainable advocacy requires not only action, but also reflection, compassion, emotional resilience, and collective care.

MCA, as our Theory of Change, is the core of our research, learning, innovations, partnerships, and community initiatives, ensuring that wellbeing is embedded within every aspect of civic participation
