  • Co-Founder & Executive Director

    Matt is a civic educator, facilitator, and social entrepreneur. His work revolves around democracy, human rights, gender, digital, and environmental justice. With over a decade of experience in civil society, Matt has led diverse projects and trained young people across the region. Matt is currently pursuing doctoral studies in gender and development studies and teaching social sciences and management.

  • Co-Founder

    Ika is a researcher and advocate for human rights and democratic change with over a decade of experience in campaigns, advocacy, and programme management. Ika is driven by the desire to empower communities’ voices and to contribute to a more equitable society. Her work focuses on child sexual exploitation (CSE), children's rights, environmental movements, and the human rights of marginalised communities throughout Southeast Asia.
